-October 19th, 2018 PSO officer Levering and Capt. Iovino headed to the pan handle to Panama City Beach Police Department to bring needed supplies to surrounding community.  The Indian River Shores Department of Public Safety raised over 17K dollars to help various communities of the pan handle.

-On October 24th, 2018 Indian River Shores Department of Public Safety partnered with long time resident/pilot JC Hanks to bring yet more supplies via plane to the pan handle disaster area.

-November 15th, Indian River Shores department of Public Safety partners with local Pastor in the pan handle area to deliver over 400 gift cards to Walmart  just in time for Thanksgiving.  The gift cards were purchased with donated money from the Indian River Shores Residents and were handed out to needy families in the area.
